High Street, Cranbourne, Victoria

MAJ Nominees Pty Ltd has owned Shops 30 (now Goodman and Grant Phantom Wines) through to Shops 36 (now The Cheesecake Shop) since 1983. High Street is the main thoroughfare in Cranbourne where Shops 30-36 are centrally located. There have been many small businesses that have relocated to High Street and the main reason being the locality to all major facilities.

The four shops (pictured above) benefit from parking at rear as well as angle and parallel parking at the front. The council has continually expanded the parking facilities with the increase in population and business growth in Cranbourne.
